Day-to-Day:

Provide client care and personal support, alongside an exception care team made up of nurses and other PSWs
Support day-to-day living for independent care for vulnerable members in community
Maintain a safe and healthy environment
Update supervisor and care teams accordingly
Provide community-based support to people who need it and their families

Must Have:

Personal Support Worker Certificate or Equivalent (Foreign Trained Nurses, Midwives, Home Support Worker are welcomed)
A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Strong verbal and written English communication skills required; the ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
Reliability and strong organization skills

Compensation: $22/hour

All successful candidates will be required to complete a police reference check/vulnerable sector screen and submit proof of two doses of vaccination against COVID-19, unless exempt. Such exemptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
