  • Drives a best-in-class customer experience;
  • Ensures showroom is clean, functional, and fully stocked;
  • Collaborates with Operations Manager regarding stock requirements;
  • Organizes, plans, and executes customer events;
  • Works to ensure Dayvan Outside Sales representatives are supported;
  • Develops and executes approach to proactively prospect house accounts uncovering opportunities to expand business;
  • Measures, manages and reports KPIs monthly;
  • Ensures POP displays are fully stocked and organized;
  • Drives expansion of Glass hardware business;
  • Manages a Team of inside salespeople fostering an environment of commitment, accountability, and respect

  • Relevant experience in an industrial showroom in sales and management
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • This role suits someone who is highly motivated and can work independently, is goal oriented and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • General knowledge of the hardware industry would be helpful
  • Must be highly organized, motivated and can work independently.
  • The individual should also have strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (specific to Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word)

Compensation: $22/hour
